Rattos had the only hit in Game 1
Sidhu got a huge out to preserve the lead in game 2

C. Rattos got the nod in game 1 and got into some trouble early in the first. An error proved costly as the Majors scored 2 runs in the first. The Bengals only hit off Josh Pileggi came in the 3rd inning of a single by Ryan Rattos. Craig Rattos went the rest of the way allowing only 6 hits and striking out 3, but Pileggi outdueled him with 12 K's and a complete game win.

In game 2 the Bengals were still looking for their offense to appear and were up 1-0 in the 4th inning without having a hit by then. Majors starter Bannon held the Bengals to 0 hits, but 5 walks and a few wild pitches came back to haunt him as the Bengals pulled through. LaPointe started, Sidhu came in for relief and Chu got the close as the 3 arms also held the Majors to 1 hit.
